摘　　要：当前,高校学生党员表现出一些不良的心理特征,文章对大学生党员不良心理特征及其产生的原因进行了分析,并从心理学角度提出进一步加强大学生党员后续教育与管理的建议。Now, university student party members show some ad-verse psychological characteristics. University student party members＇ adverse psychological characteristics and the causes are analyzed in this article, and recommendations of further strengthening the follow-up education and management of uni-versity student party members are proposed from the perspective of psychology.
