舒适护理对化疗期乳腺癌患者负性情绪和生命质量的干预效果研究

摘　　要：目的 探讨舒适护理对于化疗期乳腺癌患者负性情绪与生命质量的影响及临床护理价值.方法 选择浙江省丽水市人民医院病房2012年1月～2013年1月进行化疗的乳腺癌患者170例,采用随机数字表方法将其分为观察组和对照组,对照组给予常规护理方案,观察组采取舒适护理方案,观察两组患者心理状况改善程度和生命质量状况及并发症发生情况.结果 观察组治疗后焦虑自评量表评分为（42.02±4.29）分,抑郁自评量表评分为（46.67±5.01）分,两者改善程度优于对照组,经统计比较,差异有统计学意义（t=9.1663,P=0.0000;t=8.9665,P=0.0000）.观察组生命质量总分为（89.18±7.93）分,对照照生命质量总分为（75.87±7.06）分,经统计学比较,差异有统计学意（t=11.5577,P=0.0000）.观察组发生静脉炎4例,口腔感染3例,胃肠道反应8例,泌尿系统毒性5例,均低于对照组,经统计学比较,差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）.结论 对化疗期乳腺癌患者实施舒适护理干预能够改善患者负性情绪,提高患者生命质量,降低化疗不良反应发生率,值得在临床中大力推广使用.Objective To observe the effect and clinical nursing value of comfortable nursing to negative emotions and life quality of breast cancer patients with chemotherapy.Methods 170 breast cancer patients who were given the treatment of chemotherapy from January 2012 to January 2013 in Ward of Lishui People＇s Hospital were randomly selected and divided into the observation group and control group by number.The control group was given the general nursing,while the observation group was given the comfortable nursing.The improvement degree of psychologic status,status of life quality and complications were observed between the two groups.Results After treatment,the score of self rating anxiety scale of （42.02±4.29） scores and self rating depressive scale of （46.67±5.01） scores were significantly improved than those in the control group （t =9.1663,P =0.0000; t =8.9665,P =0.0000）.The total score of life quality of （89.18±7.93） scores in the observation group was significantly higher than it in the control group of （75.87±7.06） scores （t =11.5577,P =0.0000）.There were 4 cases of phlebitis,3 cases of oral infection,8 cases of gastrointestinal reaction and 5 cases of urinary tract toxicity which were both significantly lower than those in the control group （P ＜ 0.05）.Conclusion The comfortable nursing for breast cancer patients with chemotherapy can improve the patient＇s negative emotions and life quality,reduce adverse reaction rate of chemotherapy,which should be expanded in clinic.
