摘　　要：目的 探讨快通道外科中优化手术室流程工作的应用效果情况.方法 分析广西壮族自治区人民医院2009年12月～2012年8月进行的手术病例2368例临床资料,依据是否实施优化手术室工作流程进行临床随机分组,A组（优化流程组）1184例和B组（传统组）1184例,分别观察两组手术室首台手术开始时间的正点率,观察两组接台手术时间、护理差错发生率和患者满意度情况,分别通过t检验和x2检验进行分析.结果 A组手术室首台手术开始时间9：00（±10 min）、9：30之前、9：30以后的正点率明显优于B组,差异有统计学意义（x2=58.58,4.91,87.28,均P＜0.05）,A组接台手术时间、护理差错发生率和患者满意度均优于B组,差异有统计学意义（t=38.00,x2=3.44,3.44,均P＜0.05）.结论 手术室工作优化管理,提高各手术室的使用效率,在快通道外科中起着重要作用.Objective To study the effect of optimization for operation room work process in fast operation channel.Methods The data of 2368 operation cases from December 2009 to August 2012 in the People＇s Hospital of Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region were analyzed and divided into the group A （n =1184） and group B （n =1184） according to with or without the optimization for operation room work process.The on schedule rate of beginning of the first operation,the time of consecutive operation,the rate of nursing error and patient satisfaction were compared between the two groups.The results were analyzed by t test and x2 test.Results The time of the first operation 9：00 （±10 min）,the on schedule rate before 9：30 and after 9：30 in the group A were all significantly better than those in the group B,there were statistically significant differences （x2=58.58,4.91,87.28,all P ＜ 0.05）.The time of consecutive operation,the rate of nursing error and patient satisfaction in the group A were all better than those in the group B,there were statistically significant differences （t =38.00,x2=3.44,3.44,all P ＜ 0.05）.Conclusion The optimization for operation room work process can improve the using efficiency of operation room,and plays the important role in fast track surgery.
