规范化干预留置导尿术对控制院内感染的意义

摘　　要：目的 探讨规范化干预对留置导尿术发生尿路感染的有效性,从而控制院内感染率.方法 将选择2011年1～12月在内蒙古医科大学附属医院泌尿科治疗接受留置导尿术的230例患者,随机分为两组,采取常规性干预为对照组,规范化干预为实验组,对照组和实验组各115例,年龄以＜ 50岁和≥50岁分为两组,分别分析两组患者泌尿系感染的差异性.结果 发生泌尿系感染以大肠埃希菌感染为主,对照组患者不同性别（男：13.0％,女：35.6％）、年龄（＜ 50岁：17.3％,≥50岁：31.3％）感染率,均高于实验组（男：5.2％,女：9.5％;＜50岁：6.9％,≥50岁：7.8％）,且差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）,泌尿系感染的发生率随着导尿管留置时间延长而增加.结论 规范化干预能够有效预防留置导尿患者发生泌尿系感染,从而降低医院内感染发生率.Objective To investigate the effectiveness of standardized intervention on the occurrence of indwelling catheterization in urinary tract infection,so as to control the rate of nosocomial infection.Methods From January to December 2011,230 cases were collected from Affiliated Hospital of Inner Mongolia University.All cases were randomly divided into two groups,routine intervention was used for the control group,and standardized intervention was used for the experiment group.Urinary tract infection was analyzed of the differences between the two groups.Results Escherichia coli urinary tract infection occurs mainly infected.The gender and age prevalence were compared between the control group （male：13.0％,female：35.6％,＜ 50 years old：17.3％,≥ 50 years old：31.3％） and the experiment group （male：5.2％,female：9.5％,＜ 50 years old：6.9％,≥ 50 years old：7.8％）,and the differences were statistically significant （P ＜ 0.05）.The incidence of urinary tract infection time increased with prolonged indwelling catheter.Conclusion Standardized interventions can be effective in preventing urinary catheterization in patients with infections,thereby reducing the incidence of hospital-acquired infections.
