白花败酱草提取物对小鼠前列腺增生的实验研究

摘　　要：目的研究白花败酱草提取物(PVJE)对小鼠前列腺增生的抑制作用。方法小鼠随机分为对照组、模型组、普乐安组、小剂量PVJE组、大剂量PVJE组。对照组皮下注射花生油溶液0.1 ml/只,其余各组均皮下注射丙酸睾酮溶液5 mg/(kg·d),同时普乐安组给予5 g/(kg·d)的普乐安溶液灌胃,小剂量PVJE组、大剂量PVJE组分别给予0.02、0.04 g/(kg·d)的白花败酱草提取物溶液灌胃,共给药12 d。研究小鼠前列腺湿重、前列腺指数、性激素水平和光镜下前列腺形态学的变化。结果与模型组比较,PVJE能明显抑制由丙酸睾丸酮诱发的小鼠前列腺增生,小鼠血清睾丸酮(T)、和雌二醇(E2)含量明显降低。结论 PVJE对丙酸睾丸酮所致小鼠前列腺增生具有显著的拮抗作用。Objective To study inhibiting effect of Patrina Villosa Juss extractive（PVJE） on benign prostatic hyperplasia of mice. Methods Mice were divided into five groups including positive control group, model group, Pulean tablets treating group, low dose PVJE group and high dose PVJE group. The mice in control group were injected subcutaneously with peanut oil solution（0.1 ml）, while in other groups testosterone propionate solution [5 mg/（kg·d）] was employed instead of the oil. Meanwhile Pulean group was given gavage with Pulean 5 g/（kg·d）, and low dose PVJE group and high dose PVJE group were given PVJE garage [0.02, 0.04 g/（kg·d）] for 12 consecutive days. Wet weight of prostate, prostate health index, sex hormone levels and prostate morphological changes under light microscope were compared among different groups. Results Compared with model group, PVJE can apparently inhibit prostatic hyper- plasia in mice induced by testosterone propionate, reduce the serum testosterone（T）, estrodiol（E2） contents. Conclusion PVJE have significant inhibiting effect on benign prostatic hyperplasia induced by testosterone propionate in mice.
