预见性护理在糖尿病性白内障患者围术期的应用

摘　　要：目的 探讨预见性护理在糖尿病性白内障患者围术期内对治疗效果的影响.方法 筛选2011年6月～2013年6月在本院住院就诊的108例糖尿病性白内障患者,在征得患者同意后,随机均分为观察组54例、对照组54例,对比两组在不同护理模式下的治疗效果及并发症情况.结果 观察组术后视力提高≥0.2患者53例,占98.15％,并发症发生率为3.7％（2/54）;对照组术后视力提高≥0.2患者45例,占83.33％,并发症发生率为12.96％（7/54）.两组比较,差异均有统计学意义（P＜0.05）;观察组患者满意度明显高于对照组患者（P＜0.05）.结论 预见性护理对糖尿病性白内障患者治疗效果有明显影响,能显著提高疗效,降低不良反应发生率,促进患者视力恢复,改善生活质量.Objective To investigate the influence of predictive nursing on treatment effect of patients with diabetic cataract. Methods 108 cases of patients with diabetic cataract in our hospital from June 2011 to June 2011 were averagely divided into observation group and control group with 54 cases in each group. Under different nursing mode in perioperation, postoperative therapeutic effect and complications of patients in two groups were compared. Results In observation group, postoperative vision increased I〉0.2 in 53 patients, with proportion for 98.15%, the incidences of complication was 3.7% （2/54）. In control group, postoperative vision increased ≥0.2 in 45 patients, with proportion for 83.33%, the incidences of complication was 12.96% （7/54）. The differences between two groups were significant （P〈 0.05）. Patients satisfaction in observation group was obviously higher than that in control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Predictive nursing has a great effect on treatment effect in perioperation of patients with diabetic cataract. It can significantly improve curative effect and reduce the incidence of adverse reactions, and promote vision recovery of patients and improve quality of life.
