优质护理服务在维持性血液透析患者动静脉内瘘护理中的应用

摘　　要：目的 探讨优质护理模式在维持性血液透析患者动静脉内瘘护理中的应用效果.方法 选取本院2010年11月～2012年12月收治的96例维持性血液透析患者为研究对象,随机分为A组和B组,A组患者仅给予常规护理,B组患者给予优质护理,比较两组患者动静脉内瘘并发症发生率、焦虑抑郁评分及患者对护理服务的满意度.结果 B组患者动静脉内瘘并发症发生率、焦虑评分、抑郁评分明显低于A组（P＜0.05）,B组患者对护理人员服务满意度明显高于A组（P＜0.05）.结论 优质护理活动能够明显减少维持性血液透析患者动静脉内瘘并发症发生率,降低患者焦虑抑郁程度,提高患者满意度.Objective To investigate the application of high quality nursing service on arteriovenous internal fistula in the maintenance hemodialysis patients. Methods Ninety-six maintenance hemodialysis patients who were treated in our hospital from November 2010 to December 2012 were chosen as the research objects, and divided into group A and group B, patients in group A were given routine nursing measures, patients in group B were given nursing mea- sures under the guidance of the high quality nursing service mode. The arteriovenous fistula complication rate, anxiety scores and depression scores and the nursing service satisfaction were evaluated. Results The arteriovenous fistula complication rate, anxiety scores and depression scores of group B were lower than that in group A （P〈0.05）,the nurs- ing service satisfaction in group B were higher than that in group A （P〈0.05）.Conelusion The high quality nursing in- tervention can reduce arteriovenous fistula complication and the degree of anxiety and depression in maintenance hemodialysis patients, improve the nursing service satisfaction.
