剖宫产后切口感染高危因素调查研究

摘　　要：目的 调查分析剖宫产后切口感染的高危因素.方法 选取2011年2月～2013年4月本院进行剖宫产的1212例产妇为研究对象,统计其产后切口感染的发生率,并比较不同手术时间、BMI、生产季节、是否胎膜早破及合并妊娠期并发症者感染的发生率,同时采用Logistic分析其关系.结果 1212例产妇中共发生16例切口感染,发生率为1.32％,且不同手术时间、BMI、生产季节、是否胎膜早破及合并妊娠期并发症者感染的发生率比较,差异有统计学意义（P均＜0.05）,经Logistic分析显示上述情况均为切口感染的高危因素.结论 手术时间、BMI、生产季节、是否胎膜早破及合并妊娠期并发症等均为剖宫产后切口感染的影响因素,对于具有高危因素的产妇应给予积极的感染预防干预.Objective To investigate and analyze the high risk factors of incision intection alter cesarean. Memoos 1212 puerperants with caesarean in our hospital from February 2011 to April 2013 were selected as subjects,and the incidence rate of postpartum incision infection was counted,the incidence rate of infection of puerperants in different operation time,different BMI and delivery season,with or without premature rupture of membranes and with pregnancy complications were compared.The relationship between the infection and the factors above-mentioned were analyzed by Logistic analysis. Results 16 cases in 1212 puerperants had incision infection,the infection rate was 1.32%,and the in- cidence rate of puerperants with different operation time,BMI,delivery season,with or without premature rupture of membranes and pregnancy complications were compared and there was a statistical difference （P均〈0.05）,and these factors were all the high risk factors of postpartum incision infection by Logistic analysis. Conclusion The operation time, BMI,delivery season,with or without premature rupture of membranes and pregnancy complications are all the in- fluence factors of postpartum incision infection of puerperants with caesarean,so the puerperants with these factors should be given the active intervention of infection prevention.
