摘  要:针对精密电主轴对高转速的要求,设计研制了一套球面气体静压轴承-转子系统,同时针对气膜支承动态非线性变化的特点,提出了气体静压轴承-转子系统临界转速预估方法。建立了球面气体静压轴承和转子离散化数值分析模型,通过轴承流场数值模拟与转子动力学方程的耦合分析,合理预估了系统的一、二阶临界转速。实验结果表明:设计的球面气体静压轴承-系统运行平稳,可很好地满足精密电主轴高转速运转要求。Aiming at the high speed requirement of precision electric spindle,a set of spherical aerostatic bearings-rotor system was designed and developed. At the same time aiming at the dynamics nonlinear characteristics of air film bearing,a method of estima-ting aerostatic bearing-rotor systems'critical speed was proposed. The discrete numerical analysis models were established for the spher-ical aerostatic bearing and rotor. By coupling analysis between numerical simulation of flow field and rotor dynamics equations,the first-order and the second-order critical speed of the system were reasonably estimated. The experimental results show that the designed spherical aerostatic bearing-system is running smoothly,which can well meet the high speed requirement of precision electric spindle.
