摘 要:根据ISO国际标准对气缸失效的评定标准,用传统方法对泄漏量较小的气缸进行泄漏量测量时,耗时长,效率低;在最小工作压力的常规测量中,凭肉眼判断启动时刻和对应压力值,误差较大。提出并实现一种针对直线型气缸空气泄漏量及最小工作压力的改进测量方法。用改进后的泄漏量测量方法测量橡胶密封等泄漏量较小的气缸时,测量效率提高了近20倍;用改进后的最小工作压力测量方法,采用激光位移传感器和压力传感器同时采集数据,得到气缸动作起始时间点对应的最小工作压力,较之于肉眼判断,测量误差平均减小约16.5%。According to the invalidation assessment standard of pneumatic cylinder in ISO,using traditional ways,the measured time is usual long when some small leakage cylinders are measured. On the other hand,using naked eyes to discover starting time and corresponding press makes considerable errors in the measurement of minimum working press. As a result,the improved measurement methods for straight pneumatic cylinder’s air leakage and minimum working press were carried out. The efficiency of improved method for measuring the leakage increases approximately 20 times when small leakage rubber seal cylinders are tested. In comparison with the judgment using naked eyes,in the improved measurement method for minimum working press,laser displacement sensor and pressure sensor are used to collect data simultaneously and the minimum working press when the piston starts to move is obtained,measurement errors is decreased about 16.5% in average.
