摘　　要：为了实施图书馆联盟战略目标,实现联盟成员利益平衡,运用合作博弈理论分析了图书馆联盟成立的必要条件,探讨了云计算对当代图书馆联盟发展的影响.针对图书馆联盟的战略目标及成员间的利益平衡,运用信息系统基于战略一致的规划方法,构建了基于云计算的图书馆联盟一般性系统架构模型.模型中3个核心服务功能层的实现可成为整合联盟信息资源、提高信息资源利用率、满足用户信息需求的有效方法.In order to implement the strategic goal of library consortia and balance members＇ interests,cooperative game theory was utilized to analyze the necessary conditions for library consortia.The impact of cloud computing on the development of library consortia was discussed.An information system＇s strategic alignment planning approach was used to build the system functional architecture for the cloud computing-based library consortia.The achivement of the three core services layers in the architecture will be effective to integrate and utilize consortia information resources,and satisfy user＇s information demands.
