对深化我国农地制度改革的一点思考

摘　　要：我国农地制度改革是我国整个农村经济体制改革的重要组成部分。当前深化我国农地制度改革的难点在于外部环境的约束 ,一方面缩小了改革的可选择空间而另一方面也限制了可能获得的经济绩效的提高。The farmland system reform,as an important component of the rural economic system reform in China, is faced with great obstacles in its improvement. The main resistance comes form its outer circumstances.They lessen the selective space of the reform and restrain the economic efficiency. This paper intends to analyze the main points that restrict the reforming of the farmland system and offers some constructive suggestions to quicken the reform.
