摘 要:分析了烧结工序能源消耗的主要方面,建立相关数学模型,以便于求解每一道工序的能耗。并利用Visual Basic实现了烧结工序能耗计算的可视化界面。用此模型模拟计算八钢265m2烧结机的工序能耗,分析了模拟数据与实际数据有差别的原因,为完善建模提出了改进方向。In the research a mathematical model been was developed to calculate the energy consump- tion in each process of sintering based on analyzing main composition of energy cons.umption, and a visual interface for calculation of energy consumption in sintering process was designed with Visual Basic. Then the model was applied to calculate the energy consumption of the 265m2 sintering machine in Bagang, and the data obtained from the model were compared with practical data in plant to figure out the difference between the two. The factors that lead to this difference were analyzed, which may provide an improved direction for the model.
