摘　　要：针对武钢大型厂1号双蓄热式加热炉能耗较高等问题,通过加热炉的热平衡测试与诊断,分析了影响加热炉能耗的主要因素,提出了降低加热炉煤气消耗的具体措施与建议。In light of the fact that the energy consumption lies on high levels, the main factors affect- ing the real energy consumption of the furnace were analyzed based on the test and diagnosis of thermal equilibrium for No. 1 regenerative reheating furnace of Heavy Section Branch Mill of General Wire Rod Mill of WISCO. Some countermeasures and suggestions were put forward in order to reduce the gas consumption of regenerative reheating furnace.
