日香桂根的化学成分研究(Ⅱ)

摘　　要：利用柱层析（硅胶,RP-C18和Sephadex LH-20凝胶）法和重结晶法从日香桂根的70％乙醇提取物中分离出8个单体化合物[甘露醇（1）,香草醛（2）,对羟基苯乙醇（3）,松柏醛（4）,（-）-橄榄树脂素（5）,（＋）-表松脂素（6）,白桦脂酸（7）和2α-羟基白桦脂酸（8）],其结构经1H NMR和13C NMR确证.1～8为首次在该植物中发现;1,2,4～8为首次在该属植物中发现;4为首次在该科植物中发现.The chemical components of the roots of Osmanthus fiagrans ＇ Rixianggui＇ were investiga- ted by the chromatography[ silica gel, RP-C18, Sephadex LH-20] methods and reerystallization method. Eight compounds[＂ mannitoI（1 ）, vanillin（2）, p-hydrexyphenyl ethanol（3） , evergreen alde- hyde（4）, （ - ） -olive lignans（5）, （ ＋ ） -epipinoresinol（6）, betulinie acid（7） and 2α-hydroxy bet- ulinic acid（8） ]were isolated from the 70% ethanol extract of the roots of the title plant. The struc- tures were confirmed by 1H NMR and 13C NMR. 1 ~ 8 were isolated for the first time from this plant. 1, 2, 4 ~ 8 were isolated from this genus and 4 from the Oleaceae family for the first time.
