新型茚并[1,2-b]吲哚衍生物的绿色合成

摘　　要：以五元(或六元)环状1,3-二羰基化合物、胺(2a^2d)和水合茚三酮为原料,在水相中于70℃反应3 h^4 h合成了7个茚并[1,2-b]吲哚衍生物(3a^3d,4a,4b,4d)和4个茚并吡咯衍生物(5a,5b,6a,6d),收率80%~90%,其中3b^3d,4~6为新化合物,其结构经1H NMR,13C NMR,IR和MS表征。Seven indeno[ 1,2-b]indole derivatives（3a ~3d, 4a, 4b, 4d） and four indeno[ 1,2-b] pyrrole derivatives（5a, 5b, 6a, 6d） in yield of 80% ~ 90% were synthesized by three component reaction of five（ or six） -membered cyclic 1,3-dicarbonyl compounds, amine（2a ~ 2d） and ninhydrin in water at 70 ℃ for 3 h ~ 4 h. 3b ~ 3d and 4 ~ 6 were new compounds. The structures were charac- terized by 1 H NMR, 13C NMR, IR and MS.
