摘　　要：在提升城市化进程的过程中,土地管理正越发重要地成为影响城市发展建设的因素,而如何做到高效、有序、合理地管理利用区域及城市内的土地也是国内学者当前研究的热门课题。通过借鉴德国巴登-符腾堡州的土地管理运行模式,可以为当前我国的城市建设提供有益的经验和思路。In the process of urbanization promotion, land management is increasingly influencing the development and establishment of the city, so that efficient, well-organized and reasonable urban land management becomes a hot topic for scholars at home and abroad. The land management and opera-tion mode adopted by Baden-Württemberg in Germany can offer some useful experience and inspiration for urban construction in China.
