摘　　要：矿业开发促进了经济发展,但同时也破坏了生态环境。为了更好地改善矿区生态环境,实现矿山经济的可持续发展,结合迁安经验,将矿山植被恢复工程应注意的政府职能与工程主体问题、统筹规划问题、安全问题、经济效益问题、树种选择问题、造林技术与造林模式问题、矿山植被恢复之后的管护问题等逐一进行了介绍。Mining development has promoted the development of economy,but at the same time,it also has destroyed ecological environment.In order to improve the ecological environment of mining area and realize the sustainable development of mining economy,the paper introduced one by one the government functions and issues of the principal part of a project,overall planning,security,economic benefit,selection of tree species,technique and mode of reforestation and management and protection after vegetation rehabilitation of mine that should pay attention to.
