吉县屯里镇太度村灾害型生态移民行为的分类研究

摘　　要：吉县是山西省的国家级重点扶贫县之一,也是黄土高原地区的一个生态严重脆弱县,该县屯里镇太度村的各种生态灾害尤其是黄土滑坡、湿陷严重威胁着当地农民的住房安全,为此开展的灾害型生态移民一期工程现已基本结束。从太度村移民行为(已迁、未迁、准迁)的实地调查结果入手,对太度村移民行为及其产生原因、存在问题进行了分析,并提出了相关的政策建议,以期为该工程的后期持续推进提供参考。Jixian County is one of key national poverty counties in Shanxi Province and is also a serious ecological fragile county of the loess plateau region.The various ecological disasters,especially loess landslides and saturated collapses of Taidu Village seriously threat the housing security of the local farmers.Thus,the phase I project of disaster-type ecological resettlement has been basically completed for the above purpose.The paper analyzed the resettlement behavior of the village,the cause of formation and existing problems starting from the field survey results of resettlement behavior(have relocated,have not relocated and ready to move) of the village and put forward suggestions on related policies for providing references for continuously promoting the later stages of the project.
