摘　　要：考虑到目前模具扁钢市场的现状,借鉴国内外现有模具扁钢生产线的工艺路线及模具扁钢本身的性能特点,根据拟建工程中原料供应特点、产品大纲、产品质量和工程投资的要求,设计了一条新型模具扁钢生产线。介绍了这种新型模具钢扁钢生产线的工艺路线及主要设备参数,并分析了设计此工艺路线的思路及该工艺路线的优特点。说明了这是一条节约投资、产品质量可靠、物流顺畅的模具扁钢生产线,给现实生产、工程改造和将来的工程设计提供参考。Conaidering the market situation of flat die steel, in view of the process route of flat die steel pro duction line both at home and abroad and the features of die steel, a new type of production line for flat die steel was designed based on the raw material characters, prodtlction program, request on product quality and project investment. In this paper, the process route and parameters of the main equipments were described, and the de sign idea and advantages about the line were analyzed. The results showed that this production line saved invest ment, its product quality was reliable and the logistics for production was smooth, which provide reference for production, reformation and engineer design in future.
