摘　　要：针对北兴公司连轧线存在的孔型系统繁杂、兼容性差、配辊困难等问题,对现有孔型系统及相关规格提出了优化重组方案,并制定了相应的工艺技术及操作规范,从而简化了孔型系列,降低了配辊难度与废品率。Focus on problems of complicated pass system, poor compatibility, and difficult roll distribution which existed in continuous mill line of Beixing Company, optimization plan of present pass system and pass speci fication was proposed. Appropriate process and operation specification were established, so the pass system was simplified, difficulty level of roll distribution and reject ratio were reduced.
