摘　　要：介绍小型纵剪机组卷取机四棱锥卷筒胀缩原理,再以纵剪机组技术参数为依据,做了以下几部分的分析、计算:确定卷筒直径及胀缩行程,卷筒径向压力计算,胀缩平衡力的计算,螺旋传动副强度校核等论证了卷筒结构的合理性及安全性。并对卷筒在实际生产中的使用效果进行了说明。Expansion and contraction principle of four pyramid mandrel was introduced in this paper, then based on the technical parameters of slitting line, the mandrel diameter and expansion and contraction trip, radial pressure of mandrel, expansion and contraction balance force, helical drive pair strength check were analyzed and calculated to demonstrate the rationality and safety of mandrel. Usage effect of mandrel in practical production was described.
