摘  要:对影响墨兰根状茎绿芽分化的几个因素进行研究的结果表明 :在基本培养基中添加 5 .0 0mg·L-16 -BA +0 5 0mg·L-1NAA的激素配比 ,绿芽产率高达 1 80 % ,且绿芽生长势旺盛 低剂量 (1和 2Gy ) 60 Coγ -射线辐射可促进根状茎绿芽分化 ,提高绿芽产率和生长势 ;高剂量 (5~ 1 0Gy )辐射则显著降低绿芽产率 ,使其生长势减弱 活性炭完全抑制绿芽分化 。s: Factors affecting green shoot differentiation of Cymbidium sinense rhizome were studied systematically. It showed that when adding 5.00 mg·L -1 6-BA and 0.50 mg·L -1 NAA to the basic medium, the green shoot production rate was as high as 180%, and the green shoot grew vigrously; that low dose (1 and 2 Gy ) of 60 Coγ-ray irradiation promoted differentiation of rhizome, raised green shoot rate and its growth vigor, while irradiation under the higher dose ( 5 to 10 Gy ) reduced the green shoot rate significantly, weakened its growth vigor ; and that added activated charcoal inhibited green shoot differentiation ,but promoted rhizome's growth during dedifferentiation state.
