卡介苗对断乳仔猪免疫功能的影响

摘　　要：为了避免个体差异 ,在 2窝仔猪中各选择 6头 ,共 1 2头仔猪随机分成对照组 (6头 )和试验组 (6头 ) ,在 40日龄时分别肌注卡介苗 (试验组 )和等量生理盐水 (对照组 ) ,于接种前 (0d)和接种后 3、7、1 0、1 4d采血检测 ,研究结果表明 ,卡介苗能在 3d内提高断乳仔猪淋巴细胞转化率和血清杀菌能力 ,分别在第 7d和第 3d达到高峰 ,此后 ,于第 1 0d和第 7d开始迅速降低 ,而对白细胞总数和活性T淋巴细胞则无显著影响 .试验结果表明 ,卡介苗能显著增强断乳仔猪的细胞免疫水平和机体的抗病能力 .In order to reduce individual deviation, twelve piglets from 2 farrows were randomly divided into 2 groups, 6 piglets each, designated as treatment group and control group, BCG or equal volume of saline solution was administered intramscularly into the piglets when 40 days old, The assay result showed that the proliferation response of peripheral blood T cell and the bacteriocidal capability of piglets peaked at 7 and 3 days post immunization, and then began to decrease from day 10 and 7, while there was no significant effect on the total number of white blood cell and active T lymphocyte. In conclusion, BCG could significantly enhance cellular immunity and disease resistance capability of the weaned piglets.
