摘　　要：介绍了基于中国石化HSE管理系统平台建立的劳保费用管理系统的主要内容、系统结构、功能模块及系统特点。该系统实现了劳保费用管理的标准化、规范化和系统化,提高了管理效率和水平,降低了管理成本,提高了决策能力。The main contents, system structure, time- tional modules and syslem features of labor protec- tion expense management system built based on HSE management system platform of SINOPEC are introduced. This system realizes the standardization, normalization and systematization of labor protection expense management, enhances management effi- ciency and level, reduces the management cost and strengthens the decision-making capability.
