摘　　要：介绍了一种新型上装式汽车鹤管密封型式,采用汽车罐车口作为密封面,通过加力和选用耐油橡胶垫压紧方式设计,避免了传统上装鹤管密封不严的缺点。将上装鹤管密封装置应用于中国石化某油库,通过近一年的现场应用证明,此装置能够很好地解决原有鹤管存在的密封问题,且施工简单,现场工作量小。A new sealing type of top loading arm for car tank is proposed. By using the car tank opening as the sealing face, the defects of unsealing traditional top leading tank is avoided through thrust augmenta- tion and selection of oil resistant nabber cushion as the pressing mode design. Through nearly one-year field application of top loading arm sealing device in- to certain oil depot of SINOPEC, it proves thai this unit can well solve the sealing problems of the origi- nal loading arm, featuring simple construction and small workload.
