摘 要:以六水合硝酸锌、石墨及苯胺为原料,采用传统水热-原位聚合两步法首次制备了石墨烯/ZnO/聚苯胺复合材料.通过XRD、SEM、FT-IR、TG等分析方法对产物进行表征,并测试了该复合材料的储锂能力和循环稳定性.实验结果表明:ZnO以纳米棒状结构均匀分布在石墨烯表面,聚苯胺包裹在石墨烯/ZnO的表面形成石墨烯/ZnO/聚苯胺复合材料.电化学性能测试结果表明:石墨烯的存在可有效提高ZnO的导电性,同时聚苯胺柔性分子链可有效缓冲ZnO在充放电过程中的体积效应,对电极材料的循环稳定性起到了至关重要的作用.Graphene/ZnO/polyaniline composite materials were synthesized for the first time by two-step method of traditional hydrothermal and in situ polymerization with Zn(NO3)2 · 6H2O,graphite and aniline as raw materials. The physical and chemical properties of gra- phene/ZnO/polyaniline composite materials were studied by XRD, SEM, FT-IR and TG. The electrochemical properties of as-prepared products were evaluated by galvanostatic charge- discharge tests. The experimental results showed that the ZnO nanorod attached on the sur- face of graphene matrix. Polyaniline covered graphene/ZnO to form graphene/ZnO/polyani- line composite materials. Electrochemical property research showed that the present of gra- phene can effectively improve the conductivity of ZnO. Simultaneously, the flexible chains of polyaniline can reduce the volume effect of ZnO during charge-discharge process, which play a crucial role for its cycling stability.
