复方甘草酸铵联合葡萄糖酸钙、VitC治疗泛发性湿疹62例

摘　　要：目的观察复方甘草酸铵联合葡萄糖酸钙、VitC治疗泛发性湿疹的临床疗效。方法设立治疗组和对照组。对两组患者治疗前后分别进行症状体征总评分。采用SPSS13．0软件对数据进行统计分析。结果治疗组症状体征改善明显好于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．01）；治疗组有效率（91．80％）及痊愈率（39．34％）均高于对照纽有效率（55．00％）及痊愈率（8．33％），两组差异有统计学意义（P〈0.01）。结论复方甘草酸铵联合葡萄糖酸钙、VitC治疗泛发性湿疹有良好疗效，值得临床推广。Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of compound glycyrrhizin injection combined with calcium gluconate, VitC in the treatment of universal eczema, Methods The treatment group and the control group were set up. The total score of symptoms and signs were decided before and after treatment in two groups. The data were analyzed by SPSS13.0 statistical software. Results The improvement of symptoms and signs in treatment group was significantly better than the control group, the difference was statistically significant（ P 〈0.01 ） ; The effective rate of the treatment group （ 91.80% ） and the cure rate （ 39.34% ） were higher than that of the control group （ effective rate 55.00 % ;the cure rate 8.33% ） , The difference was statistically significant （ P〈0.01 ） . Conclusions Compound glycyrrhizin injection combined with calcium gluconate, VitC in the treatment of universal eczema has good curative effect and is worthy of clinical promotion.
