摘　　要：研究生推免制度作为当前研究生招生的现行形式之一,有其推动研究生高等教育发展的一面,特别是在激励学生学习、提升学风和改进教学方法有很大的帮助作用。在研究生推免实施过程中,应该严格遵守制度要求,做到公平、公正、公开。为了进一步提高公安院校研究生生源质量,学校应着重对推免制度进行改进,吸收各院校优秀学生,提高学生整体素质。As one form of postgraduate admission, Exemption system will promote the development of postgraduate education, especially will be helpful to encourage learning, promote study style and improve the study methods. While implementing the exemption system, the system rules should be followed strictly, to realize just, fair and open. Colleges should perfect the exemption system, admit excellent students from different schools, so as to improve the poststudent oualitv of oublic security colleges.
