摘 要:利用CSPhI、Csph1b、CS分别与T .timopheevi杂交 ,F1用CS回交 ,研究PHI基因在Ph1(或Ph1like)基因存在的情况下 ,诱导普通小麦与它们的部分同源染色体配对情况及回交结实情况。研究表明 ,PhI 基因具有很强的诱导部分同源染色体配对能力 ,(CsphI×T .timopheevi)F1与 (Csphlb×T .timopheevi)F1、(CS×T .timopheevi)F1减数分裂中期相比 ,CsphI 组合的棒状二价体数 ( 6 .76 )和环状二价体数 ( 4.6 9)均高于Csph1b组合 ( 5 .77,3.5 6 )和CS组合 ( 4.6 8,1.5 6 ) ;Xta值 ( 18.79)和c值 ( 0 .6 7)分别比Csph1b组合高 2 .16和 0 .0 8,t测验差异均达到极显著水平 ,第一次利用中国春对CsphI 组合回交成功 ,回交结实率为 14 .6 9%,明显高于用中国春对Csph1b组合的回交结实率 ( 9.18%)。说明利用PhI 基因诱导普通小麦与T .timopheevi小麦部分同源染色体配对 。The Ph 1 gene(S), the epistatic gene to the Ph 1 genes, has been transfered from Triticum speitoides to T. aestivum. Through crossing between wheat and T.timopheevi and backcrosses of F1 hybrids with Chinese spring, the effects of Ph1 gens(S) in homoeologous pairing and the rate of seed set were studied. The results show that Ph1 genes have an obvious effect in inducing homoeologous pairing. Comparing the chromosome pairing configuuaations of F1 in (Csph1b x T.timopheevi) with that of F1 in (Csph 1 x T.timopheevi) with that of F1 in (Csph 1 x T.timopheevi) in metaphase I of meiosis, the amount of round bivalents and ring bihalents in the combination of Csph1 is noticeably higher than that of the Csph1b. The value of Xta and C is 2.16 and 0.08 more than that of Csph1b respectively, and their T-test shows significant difference. It is the first time to successfuly obtain backcross seeds between the Chinese Spring and the F1 of (Csph1 x T.timopheevi) with the 14.69% seed set rate in this backcrosses. Because Ph1 gene(S) is epstatic to the Ph1 genes of wheat, Ph1 gene(S) is more efficient in inducing homoeologous pairing and transferring desirable genes into common wheat from T. timopheevi than ph1b does.
