摘 要:针对宁夏海原县南华山所属草场甘肃鼢鼠 (地下鼠 )危害严重 ,我们引进青海省兽医生物制药厂提供的C·肉毒杀鼠素冻干剂进行大面积灭鼠的同时 ,设计了 1‰、1.2‰、1.3‰三个浓度梯度的灭除地下鼢鼠效果试验 ,结果灭效分别是46 .875 %、85 .82 5 %、90 .0 5 0 %,通过统计分析 ,1.2‰和 1.3‰浓度灭效均极显著 ,但两者之间差异不显著 (P〉0 .0 5 ) ,考虑其经济和保护鼠类天敌等因素 ,选定 1.The Gansu Fen Rat (an undergrand rat) harmed seriously in the Hanhua Mountain of Haiyuan county, Ningxia. In order to test the effect of rat destruction of C. Botuline redenticide, and to kill the rat in large scale, the arthors applied 0.10%,0.12% and 0.13% C. Botuline Rodenticide, its effects were 46.875% and 90.05% respectively. The effects of 0.12% and 0.13%, through statistical analysis reached an extremely significant leval, but the difference of both was not significant (P>0.05), therefore,we selected 0.12%, the concentration is economical, and can protect natural enemy of the rats. This is the best concentration.
