摘　　要：用标准曲线法测定硫酸巴龙霉素片的抗生素效价，其浓度在0.82-4.88u/mL范围内抑菌圈清晰，标准品抑菌圈直径与中心浓度抑菌圈的差与抗生素浓度对数线性关系良好r=0.9992，结果重现性好，效果满意。by using the standard curve method for the determination of antibiotic titer paromomycin sulfate tablets, its concentration in the range of 0.82-4.88u/mL ring clear inhibition, good r=0.9992 and bad antibiotic concentration logarithm linear relation between standard antibac-terial circle diameter and concentration of the bacteriostatic ring center, good reproducibility, result is satisfactory.
