摘　　要：天然林保护工程、现有林的科学经营与建设可持续林业．三者密切关联，三者的关键均在于科学决策。通过实例分析了我国林业中非科学决策所带来的科学观念和科学技术的退化，指出当前在天然林保护工程中迫切需要解决的问题．如：产业产品结构调整和有关的政策、干部问题及其有关的基本观念和技术措施．强调了观念的转换和科技的运用。Large data and instances in this paper elaborate that .Natural Forest Conservation Project. management of existing forest and sustainable forestry are closely connected with scientific decision making as their key issue. Retrogression in concepts and application of science and technology in forestry practice in China caused by unreasonable decision-making is revealed through case analysis. Problems needing resolutions urgently in current Natural Forest Conservation Project are pointed out such,as adjustment of product structure and the industry structure. related policies and matters concerning leaders of all levels as well as basic concepts and technical measures. Emphasis on change of notion and application of science and technology is also made.
