摘　　要：调整稻米品质结构已是当务之急。实施调整应重点发展优质杂交稻 ,并根据城乡消费水平与习惯分两个层次三个阶段完成。 2 0 0 0～ 2 0 0 2年 ,主要满足农民对新品种产量高、涨饭、口感有改进的要求 ,对城市居民供应口感好、第 2顿饭松散的大众化优质米 ;2 0 0 3～ 2 0 0 5年 ,向城市居民供应部颁二级优质米 ;2 0 0 6～ 2 0 1 0年供应部颁一级优质米。并对划分两个层次三个阶段的理由及调整操作方案作了阐述。The adjustment of rice varieties is an urgent task at present. In the adjustment, the stress should be put on expanding area of hybrid rice varieties with high quality, which could be completed through three stages according to the consuming levels and customary differences between city residents and farmers. The reasons for differentiating the three stages were given and an operating plan for the adjustment of rice varieties was also put forward.
