摘　　要：城乡二元社会结构体系的中国,建筑工地农民工的身份显得尤为特别,他们游走于社会的边缘,"亦工亦农,非工非农"。作为弱势群体权利的缺失,导致建筑工地农民工丧失了维权的话语权,其利益极易遭到侵犯。因建筑工地农民工讨薪引发的大规模群体性事件越来越多,了解其特点,对建筑工地农民工引发群体性事件的爆发诱因及治理趋势作一对策研究。In the urban and rural of China, the identity of migrant workers is particularly special, who are on the edge of the society defined as ＂both work and farmers, or non-work and non-farmer＂ under the dual social structure. Due to the construction site workers unpaid wages caused more and more large-scale mass incidents, understand its characteristics, the construction sites for migrant workers caused the outbreak of mass incidents incentives and governance trends are briefly discussed.
