摘　　要：教材管理是高校教务管理中的一个重要环节,它涉及到高校的每一位师生,因其数据量较大,管理工作繁琐,高校教材管理的合理与否直接体现了教务部门的工作效率和工作质量。为了实现教材管理系统的业务过程自动化,提高系统业务流程的处理能力,在高校教材管理系统设计中引入工作流的思想,借助JBPM工作流管理系统的实现,设计了教材的征报,教材的申购及教材的采购环节上需要逐级审批的业务流程,实现业务逻辑和流程控制逻辑的分离,使整个系统的流程更为清晰,提出了一个基于J2EE与JBPM的教务管理系统的实现方案,并对相关技术进行研究。The teaching material management system is an important part of college educational management, invol ving all students and teachers in college. There are numerous data and much work in the system, so the rationality of the system embodies the efficiency and quality of college＇ s educational department. In order to realize the busi ness process automation of the teaching material management system, improve the process ability of the system busi ness process, the workflow is introduced in the design of teaching material management system in the university. By means of reality of JBPM workllow management system, we should design business process of the teaching materials purchasing, realizing the separation of business logic and flow control logic, to make the whole system more clear. At last, the paper puts forward a scheme based on J2EE and JBPM, and studies the related technique.
