摘  要:本研究对桑叶茶进行了营养成分的分析及药用价值的讨论。实验分析发现桑茶含有大量的粗蛋白、粗脂肪、粗纤维以及可溶性糖等。实验得出桑茶含有丰富的药用成分。其中黄酮类物质与降低血压有关 ;甾体化合物 ,如牛膝甾酮、β -谷甾醇等能降低血糖而治疗糖尿病。桑叶茶中还含有抗肿瘤的酚类化合物 ,有能促进人体蛋白质、排除胆固醇、降低血脂的蜕皮激素 ,有抗衰老的植物雌激素 ,有利尿作用的保幼激素类似物等。The nutrition components and medicine value of mulberry tea were studied.The test showed that there were a mass of coarse protein,coarse fat,coarse fabrie and soluble carbornhydrate in mulberry tea.The were abundant medicine components in mulberrytea,thereinto,flavinoids related with reducing blood pressure,steroid as achyranthes and beta sitostreol could reduce blood sugar and cure diabetes.In mulberry tea,there were compound like hydroxybenzene which could resist tumour;there were ecdysone which could eliminat cholesterol and reduce blood fat;and there were plant estrogen which could resist senescence;there were juvenile hormone analogues which had diuresis function.
