摘 要:面对严峻的就业形势,一些外资企业积极解决大学生"就业难"的问题,本文以ARR公司为例,阐述其统筹企业人力资源规划(主要包括大学生实习计划、短期合同工计划和人力资源外包计划)、梯级生态位工作设计、专业化职涯辅导和技能性就业指导的措施,指出其他企业也应在人才储备、岗位设计、"三涯"指导等方面采取多元化解决方案,以推进大学生人力资源的开发。The grim employment situation is like ecological haze and it appeared in the history of college graduates "the most difficult employment season". Taking ARR enterprise as an example, HR in foreign enterprise had set a good example in solving the problem of college students " employment difficulty ", the main strategy of that are balancing human resource planning (including student internship program, short- term contract workers plan and human resource outsourcing plan), cascade niche job design, professional career guidance and skilled employment counseling. HR in Other enterprise should also carry out diversified human resources development to the students from the perspective of talent pool, job design, "three life" guidance and so on.
