山西农村住宅建筑节能现状调查

摘　　要：由于建筑特点、采暖形式等因素的影响,山西农村居住建筑有很大的节能空间。本文首先介绍山西农村居住建筑的节能现状,包括建筑概况、维护结构及采暖措施等方面,并就相关节能政策、维护结构的保温及新能源利用等方面提出相应的改良措施,指出对农村居住建筑进行节能改造,不仅有较大的经济意义、环境意义和社会意义,而且是我国可持续发展战略目标的一个重要组成部分。Regarding many factors,such as architectural characteristics and heating system,there is plenty of room for energy efficiency of residential buildings in Shanxi Rural.This article introduces the current situation of energy efficiency of residential buildings including construction general situation,maintenance structure and heating measures.It proposes some improvement measures from energy saving policy,heat preservation method and utilization of new energies,which points out that the energy-saving reformation not only has important significance in economic,environmental and social ways,but also it is the important part of sustainable development strategy.
