摘　　要：分析了我国煤炭矿业权的管理和评估现状,指出随着经济的发展,我国煤炭矿业权评估所用的贴现现金流量法、收益法、销售法存在很大的局限性,分析了传统评估方法的特点和具体的缺陷。提出了煤炭矿业权管理的对策。The paper analyzes the current situation of management and assessment of coal mining right in our country,points out that with the development of economy,the methods of discounted cash flow,income and sale used in coal mining right assessment in China have great limitations,and analyzes the characteristics of the traditional evaluation methods and the specific defects,and then it puts forward the countermeasures of coal mining right management.
