摘　　要：介绍了库存管理和供应链相关理论,建立了煤机制造企业多级库存成本模型,详细阐述了供应链环境下的多级库存管理,并建立了以优化成本为主导思想的三级库存管理模块,最终形成了多级库存系统,该系统为煤机制造企业在供应链的环境下建立多级库存管理提供了新方法,为煤机制造企业节省了大量的成本,对于实现供应链整体价值的最大化有着重要的现实意义和社会意义。The related theories about inventory management and supply chain were intro-duced,and the multi-level inventory cost model was set up for coal machinery manufacturing en-terprises？？ The multi-level inventory management in supply chain was described,and three-level inventory management module was built to optimize the cost？？ Finally,the multi-level inventory system was built,providing a new way for coal machinery manufacturing enterprises to set up multi-level inventory management in supply chain？？ The system can save a lot of cost and is of practical and social significance to achieve the maximum value of the whole supply chain.
