摘 要:采用常温"配位-水解"法,以偕胺肟纤维为配体和载体制备出了纳米TiO2/偕胺肟纤维光催化剂。用SEM、XRD和EDS对TiO2/偕胺肟纤维的形貌、晶体结构和表面成分进行分析表征,结果表明,TiO2呈非晶态纳米颗粒分布在纤维表面。对亚甲基蓝、甲基橙和活性红的光降解反应表明,1.0000g TiO2/偕胺肟纤维催化剂对50mL 25mg/L的三种染料溶液在90min能达到100%的降解;催化剂可重复使用7次,降解率仍在80%以上。三种溶液的催化降解反应均符合一级反应动力学方程。纳米TiO2/偕胺肟纤维在染料溶液光降解实验中具有良好的催化活性,是一种新型高效的光催化剂。Nano-TiO2catalytic materials based on amidoxime fiber were prepared by coordination-hydrolysis method in room temperature.The morphology,crystal structure and surface composition were determined by SEM,XRD and EDS.The experiment results showed that TiO2 were amorphous,nano-particles exist on the surface of AOCF.The results of photodegrading methylene blue,methyl orange and reactive red which concentration was 50mL 25mg/L showed the rate of photodegradation was 100% in 90min with 1.000g catalyst;The catalyst can be reused for 7times while the degradation rate was still above 80%.Catalytic degradation reactions of the three kinds of solution are first-level dynamics.Nano-TiO2/AOCF is a new and efficient photocatalyst owing to its good catalytic activity in degradation of dye solution.
