摘　　要：对“中国旱作节水农业管理信息系统”进行了开发工作完成后 ,简要介绍该系统的设计思想、数据库设计和系统结构设计 ,总结了系统在软件开发方面的特点 。Based on the accomplishment of developing “the Management Information System of China's Water Saving & Rainfed Agriculture”, this paper gives a brief introduction of the system's design method, the database and the structure, and then describes the properties of this system. Finally, the paper forecasts applying fields and the further development of this system.
