摘　　要：目的探讨胫骨高位截骨术治疗内翻型膝关节骨性关节炎的方法及疗效。方法 2008年6月至2012年8月采用胫骨高位截骨术对12例12膝内翻型膝关节骨关节炎患者进行治疗。手术前后拍摄患肢负重位全长X射线片,并进行评估和测量,同时进行美国特种外科医院膝关节评分(HSS评分)比较。结果所有患者平均随访18个月。术后X射线片显示膝关节内侧间隙较治疗前明显增宽,膝关节内翻畸形基本纠正,膝关节疼痛明显缓解,优良率为91.67%。结论胫骨高位截骨术是治疗内翻型膝关节骨性关节炎的有效方法。Objective To explore the method and clinical results of high tibial osteotomy （HTO） for the treatment of varns knee osteoarthritis （KOA）. Methods From June 2008 to August 2012, HTO was adopted to 12 patients with varns KOA for treat- ment. The standing X-ray of knee was shot before and after treatment to be evaluated and measured, simultaneously, American Hospital for Special Surgery score （HSS score） was conducted and compared. Results All the patients were followed for and av- erage of 18 months. The X-ray indicated that the inside joint space of the knee joint was widened obviously, varus malformation of the knee joint was nearly retrieved and the knee pain was alleviated prominently with the excellent rate of 91.67%. Conclusion HTO is an effective method for the treatment of yarns KOA.
