龙缸国家地质公园地质遗迹分级保护研究

摘　　要：采用路线法对重庆云阳龙缸国家地质公园内龙缸-石笋河园区、南三峡园区、黄陵峡园区旅游环境容量进行计算,并根据地质遗迹稀有程度和观赏程度的不同,将保护区分为特级保护区(点)、一级保护区、二级保护区和三级保护区。根据地质遗迹分布及其价值特征,对龙缸国家地质公园地质遗迹实行三级保护,并按等级制定相应保护原则;制定特殊地质遗迹保护方案,包括龙缸岩溶天坑保护工程规划、大安洞保护工程规划、石笋河保护工程规划和南三峡保护工程规划。建议在大力发掘地质遗迹保护区旅游地学资源潜在价值的基础上,加强管理和相关保障系统的建立,提高民众的旅游地学资源的保护意识。This paper calculates the tourism environmental carrying capacity of Longgang and Stalagmites river area, south of the three gorges area, and Huangling gorge within Chongqing Yunyang Longgang national geological park by using critical path method. Furthermore, according to the difference between the rarity and watching of geological remains, this paper divides the protection zone into special-grade, the first grade, the second grade, and the third grade. According to the geological relics distribution and its value characteristic, the geological heritage of Longgang national geological park will be given the third grade protection; and the corresponding protection principle will be made by grade. In addition, special geological relics protection scheme must be worked out, which are Longgang Karst Tiankeng protection engineering planning, Da＇an Hole protection engineering planning, Stalagmites river protection engineering planning, and South of the three gorges area protection engineering planning. This paper suggests that based on vigorously exploring the tourism geological resources potential value of geological relics reserve, we should strengthen the management and the establishment of the related guarantee system, improve the consciousness of the public for protecting tourism geological resources.
