摘 要:【目的】棉蚜是为害棉花生长发育的主要害虫之一,研究不同棉蚜为害程度下棉花的生理应激反应,为制定科学合理的棉蚜防治提供参考。【方法】采用大田随机区组设计研究不同棉蚜为害程度下棉花的生理应激反应。【结果】花蕾期棉花受不同棉蚜为害程度处理1—5d后,各处理棉花叶片中叶绿素含量、可溶性蛋白含量、丙二醛(MDA)含量均高于对照;处理13d后棉花叶片丙二醛含量显著高于对照且随着为害程度升高而增大,而棉花叶片叶绿素含量和可溶性蛋白含量均低于对照。为害持续〈5d时,为害程度为1级的棉花叶片过氧化物酶(POD)活性、过氧化氢酶(CAT)活性均显著低于对照(P〈0.05),但随时间延长不同危害程度下过氧化物酶(POD)、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性均低于前期处理。【结论】随时间延长棉蚜为害程度为1级花蕾期棉花在棉蚜胁迫下产生耐蚜性,说明棉蚜轻度为害对提高棉花防御能力有积极作用,建议当棉蚜为害程度达到或高于2级时进行防治。[ Objective] Aphis gossypii is one of the most important pests that damage the growth and de- velopment of cotton and this study is of great significance to make scientific and rational decision of preventing cotton aphid. [ Method] Field randomized block design was conducted to study the physiological response of cotton under the stress of different aphid damage degrees. [ Result] Results showed that the chlorophyll con- tent, soluble protein content and MDA content in bud stage cotton leaves stressed under all aphid damage de- gree for 1 -5 days were higher than those of the control. After 13 days of being treated, the MDA content in cotton leaves was significantly higher than that of the control and increased with the increase of damage de- gree, while the chlorophyll content and soluble protein content were lower than those of the control. The POD and CAT activity in cotton stressed under damage degree of 1 was significantly lower than control (P 〈 0. 05) after 1 and 5 days of being treated, and the POD and CAT activity were lower than before along with time pro- longed. [ Conclusion] The stress of aphid damage degree I had a positive affect on improving cotton defence a-bility during bud stage and the cotton had aphid resistance along with time prolonged. It is proposed that the a- phid should not be controlled with chemical until the damage degree was higher than degree II.
