摘 要:低碳交通是一种节约能源、保护环境、出行高效的交通发展理念,是实现交通可持续发展的重要发展模式。随着城市化进程及经济增长速度的加快,河北省能源短缺、环境容量超载、交通拥堵等问题越来越明显,同时由于存在交通节能减排技术推广不足、公共交通系统投资缺乏等问题,导致河北省城市低碳交通发展困难重重。为了低碳交通发展的顺利进行,通过运用因子分析法,定量计算了44个因子对城市交通碳排放的贡献值,分析得出经济增长、人口数量、客运量、货运量、私人汽车保有量等是影响城市交通碳排放的主要因子,根据定量研究结果,提出了促进河北省城市低碳交通合理发展的建议。Low-carbon transportation is a kind of transportation development concept about energy saving, environmental protection and efficient trip. With the acceleration of urbanization and economic development, the problems about energy shortage, envi- ronmental capacity overload and traffic congestion become more and more obvious. At the same time, as a result of traffic energy conservation and emission reduction, the lack of technology promotion and investment in public transport system and the development of low-carbon transportation in Hebei province are becoming more and more difficult. In order to make the development of low-carbon transportation more smoothly, the article calculates 44 factors' contribution values about the urban traffic carbon emissions by using factor analysis approach, and finds out the main factors affecting the urban traffic carbon emissions including economic growth, population, passenger, cargo and private car ownership. With the result of the quan- titative research, the article puts forward four suggestions to reduce these aggravating traffic emission factors and promote the rational development of low-carbon transportation.
