摘　　要：电子商务和现代物流的发展,给社会经济发展带来了新的动力。两者间具有密不可分的关系,如何取长补短,相互促进,是一个急需解决的重要问题。本文从电子商务与第三方物流的基础理论入手,结合电子商务与第三方物流之间的相互影响与作用,对两者进行有效的协同与融合,并结合实例讨论它们之间的融合给企业带来的好处,从加强基础设施建设、信息化建设、组织和渠道建设以及人才培养方面提出了电子商务与第三方物流进行有效融合的措施。The development of e-commerce and modem logistics, which are closely related, promotes the development of social econo- my. The relationship between the two is inseparable and how to make them promote each other is an urgent issue that needs resolving. This essay starts from the basic theory of e-commerce and the third party logistics, and by combining their inter- action and effects, conducts the collaboration and coordination between them. In addition, it does some researches on the relationship between e-commerce and the third party logistics, and also talks about how to make them work in a cooperative manner effectively and bring benefits to enterprises via their joint development. At last, the essay puts forward some effective measures for integration of e-commerce and the third party logistics through the constructions of infrastructure, information, structure and channels.
