摘　　要：目的探讨超声引导下^125I粒子植入对腹膜后转移性淋巴结治疗的临床应用价值。方法分析2010年7月～2012年6月在我科行超声引导下^125I粒子植入治疗的腹膜后转移性淋巴结患者资料，共12例（14个病灶），观察治疗后病灶大小变化、副作用及并发症等情况。结果12例（14个病灶）腹膜后转移性淋巴结患者均顺利完成粒子植人手术，植入粒子数目分别为6～34颗、进针次数3～9针。术后随访，根据患者的血清肿瘤标记物水平及增强影像学检查（CEUS及增强CT）来判定疗效。初步观察^125I粒子植入治疗腹膜后转移性淋巴结近期效果满意，安全性好、创伤小、剐作用及并发症少。结论该方法疗效肯定且可操作性强，可作为其他治疗方法欠佳者的补充治疗，远期疗效有待进一步观察。Objective To assess the clinical value of radioactive ^125I seed implantation for retroperitoneal metastatic lymph node. Methods Form July 2010 to June 2013, 12 patients with 14 nodules of retroperitoneal metastatic lymph node received radioactive ^125I seed implantation. Tumor size, side effects and associated complications were observed. Results ^125I seed implantations were performed successfully in all 12 patients. 6 to 34 seeds were implanted using 3~9 punctures. The follow-up survey determined efficacy according with serum levels of tumor markers and enhanced imaging examination （CEUS and enhanced CT ）. The preliminary observation showed that ^125I seed implantation for retroperitoneal metastatic lymph node was safe, minimally invasive, effective and easy-operated with few complications. Conclusion This new implantation introduced in this paper would be the supplementary therapy for patients with poor response to other treatments, but its long-term prognosis required further investigation.
