摘　　要：目的利用实验室信息系统(LIS)对并管检验项目中未处理的申请信息进行管理。方法利用LIS数据库表中的业务类库表REPORT_MASTER和采集表UT_CHECK_COLLECTION,编制模块并嵌入到LIS中。结果通过标本和检验信息对应关系的程序管理及数据库表的运用,实现了并管项目中未处理申请信息的实时显示和动态更新。结论该模块的使用使检测过程规范有序,避免了手工管理查找并管项目造成的项目漏检、收费和检验报告不一致的现象,提高了工作效率和科室的管理水平。Objective To manage the unhandled test information in joint tests with LIS. Methods Compiling a module embed into LIS by using LIS databases including REPORT_MASTER and UT_ CHECK_COLLECTION. Results The real-time displaying and dynamic updating of the unhandled test information in joint tests are implemented with the programming management of corresponding relationship between specimen and test information and the application of LIS databases. Conclusion The testing process can be regulated and the unhandled tests can be processed in time with the application of the module, which can avoid the ineonformity between charge and inspection report. Thus the work efficiency and management level of various departments can be improved.
